What We’re Building

Our goal is to become the go-to Financial Operating System for accounting firms and SMEs in Southern Europe, unifying accounting, tax, payments, planning, and banking into a single platform. We are currently a tight-knit team of 35 people and plan to grow in 2026, with a strong focus on engineering, product design, and sales.

Why this role matters?

Today, Kabilio already runs three core products in production — Invoices Processing, Bank Transactions, and Invoicing — used daily by real customers, while beta testing our first Agent (Kabi).

Our next challenge is to build the leading Accounting & Tax software for the Spanish market, automating most of the accountant’s work while enabling full transparency and collaboration with SMB and freelance customers. In parallel, we are overhauling our SMB product suite, introducing new features and AI to deliver the most powerful and easy-to-use financial platform.

As a Product Manager, you will work closely with Alex, Co-CEO and Founder leading the Product & Tech areas, Ivan,CTO, Beth, Product Manager, and the rest of the prod/tech team (Gonzalo, Lidia, Guillem) as well as with a cross-functional team.

What you’ll do?

• Define the product roadmap and drive product execution → Identify strategic opportunities and chart the path toward solutions that create real value for our users. In collaboration with the teams, you will turn ideas into shippable features, preparing detailed specs and ensuring clear communication.

• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders → Deeply understand their needs, validate hypotheses, and make sure the product addresses real market problems.

• Establish success metrics → Ensure every product release is backed by data and measurable outcomes.

• Manage third-party integrations → Coordinate the integration of external services into our platform, ensuring smooth and reliable experiences.

What should you bring to the table?

• Around 4 years of experience as a Product Manager in tech companies, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech environments. Confidence driving initiatives from concept to launch!

• A strong strategic mindset, with the ability to define product direction and make decisions based on data and user insights.

• A sharp eye for detail! Curiosity, structure, and the ability to break down complexity into clear, actionable steps.

• Adaptability — you're comfortable navigating ambiguity and moving fast when priorities shift.

• Full professional fluency in Spanish and at least B2-level English.

• Most importantly, you’re reliable, thoughtful, and a genuinely good teammate.
